Bei Deloitte möchten wir, dass alle das Gefühl haben, sie selbst sein zu können und sich bei der Arbeit zu entfalten – in jedem Land, bei allem, was wir tun, jeden Tag. Dies kann nur durch eine Unternehmenskultur erreicht werden, die sich durch integrative Verhaltensweisen im Alltag auszeichnet und auf einer Grundlage von Respekt und Wertschätzung für Vielfalt in all ihren Formen aufbaut.

Die Einteilung in „männlich“ und „weiblich“ ist viel zu eng für unsere Welt.
Es gibt verschiedene Geschlechter und viele Abstufungen dazwischen. Wir, die SWM, sind ein Münchner Unternehmen mit knapp 10.000 Mitarbeiter*innen. Alle haben hier ihren Platz. Gleich welche Nationalität jemand hat, welches Geschlecht, welche Religion, welche sexuelle Orientierung, welches Alter oder ob jemand eine körperliche Beeinträchtigung hat. Es ist deshalb eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass wir uns für ein Arbeitsumfeld ohne Vorurteile einsetzen. Wir stehen für Vielfalt und Toleranz. Das gilt sowohl für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen als auch unsere Kund*innen. Die SWM sind bunt!

When I started working at Contentful, I received a welcome pack in which one of the items was a rainbow t-shirt that said “Everyone is Welcome Here.” My first thought was, How did they know?!? After some time and after getting to know the diverse people at Contentful, I realized that “Everyone is Welcome Here” aren’t just words, it’s the real culture of the company.
