RainbowNet is the network for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer employees (LGBTIQ+) and all supporters at Deutsche Post DHL Group.

RainbowNet aims to

  • reduce prejudices against LGBTIQ+ and
  • create an open, respectful and inclusive working environment at Deutsche Post DHL Group.

As a network, we conduct cross-organizational lobbying for people who feel they belong to the LGBTIQ+ group and are committed to the idea of living diversity.

We offer information and advice, exchange of experiences, networking, and actions with internal and external visibility.
