LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group

One of KnowBe4's biggest priorities is supporting diversity in our workplace - including creating an equitable and welcoming workplace for LGBTQIA+ employees. The LGBTQIA+ employee resource group (ERG) was the first ERG founded at KnowBe4. This is a group of LGBTQIA+ members and allies who come together to provide support for each other and to create a collective voice in our organization. The ERG works closely with our Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as our CHRO and VP of People, Culture & Diversity to create an environment that is welcoming to everyone. Our LGBTQIA+ ERG got pronouns added to our email signatures for those employees that elect to add them, and they are currently working on getting pronouns and inclusive emojis added to our internal communication networks.
