The two-week Cologne Pride festival with 90 queer political events is rounded off by the CSD street festival with 4 stages in Cologne city centre and the huge CSD demonstration on Sunday. Queermentor is a non-profit organisation that supports people from the LGBTQIA+ community in their professional and personal development through 1:1 mentoring free of charge. Through regular training, workshops and hybrid networking formats, Queermentor creates an inclusive and safe space for its members to exchange ideas, network and empower themselves.

The volunteer teamers at SCHLAU Köln e.V. offer educational and anti-discrimination workshops on sexual, gender and romantic diversity for schools, sports clubs and youth centres. At the centre of SCHLAU's work are encounters and discussions between young people and our queer teamers with the aim of reducing discrimination and prejudice.

It is the first LGBTIQ+ organisation in North Rhine-Westphalia Germany to provide a safe and empowering space for queer refugees and migrants and creates SAFER spaces for them.

With 40 permanent employees, 200 volunteers and an annual budget of 2.1 million euros, Aidshilfe Köln is one of the largest private providers of sexual health services in Cologne.
